Day One - Saturday - Naplavka Market, Vyšehrad Castle, Letná Park “Egg and cheese!” called the flight attendant as I awoke with a pleasant start to the savory aroma of breakfast calzones. Without my four kids in tow, I was able to doze off on the red eye from NYC to Prague, where my husband and I would celebrate our 15th anniversary. I slowly rejoined the waking world while nibbling my spinach, egg, and mozzarella concoction; the sugary jolt from a glass of orange juice perked me up for the new day, fast-forwarded ahead six hours. We identified our car service driver by his black jeans and blue bomber jacket as he chugged his espresso at the airport café.
